Dear Wade and Bobby,

It is with a heavy heart that I share with you how sorry I am about your Mom. I will always have fond memories of being at your house as a child. Your Mom and Dad always made myself and Cindy feel like your home was our home too, just as they had for many other children as well. Just as I can with Mom, I can still hear your Mom's laugh and see her smile as many children were welcomed through those doors. The many hours we spent on the front porch just passing the time away or playing softball in the adjacent vacant lot. Those were great times. I'm wondering what your Mom and our Mom are doing right now up in heaven. As they often did, I'm sure they are sitting on their porch with Duke, Snapper, and our Spanky watching over all of us with a great big smile. Please know I am here for you if you need anything at all.
